Design your own circuits, build working projects, and truly understand how electronics work.
Learning electronics can feel like being lost in a forest without a map to guide you.
Everywhere you turn, there’s a new concept, a new component, a new theory to understand… and everything is taught in such a complex way.
You start to feel you have to learn all these theories before you can even think about building your ideas.
If you’re anything like me, that’s not why you got into electronics in the first place.
You wanted to build, to create, to see your ideas come to life!
But most resources don’t teach you that.
Instead of teaching you how to build cool stuff, they bury you under a mountain of complex information.
They tell you to understand every tiny detail of a component before you even use it.
It’s like being told to study the entire history of the hammer before you can hang a picture on the wall.
It’s demotivating, and it leaves you stuck, unable to move forward.
“What you need is a clear roadmap. A guide that cuts through the noise, focuses on the essentials, and gets you building right away.”
That’s where Ohmify comes in.
At Ohmify we do things differently.
Ohmify is the ultimate electronics learning platform that focuses on the practical aspect of electronics.
We believe in a hands-on approach to mastering electronics.
Instead of overwhelming you with abstract theory, we prioritize real-world application, guiding you through the creation of hands-on projects right from the start.
As you build cool gadgets, you start to grasp the theory behind them, giving you the confidence to craft your own circuits.
Of course, our members want to understand electronics theory too – but they want to learn them by doing electronics!
Not sat up all night with a pile of books, drowning in mathematics.
Our courses are designed to give you all the foundational knowledge you need, and then immediately put that knowledge into practice.
This immersive learning experience not only solidifies your understanding but also instills a sense of achievement and confidence.
With Ohmify, you’re not just learning about electronics; you’re actively building, creating, and experiencing them.
Ohmify works by combining structured courses and practical building, ensuring you not only understand the ‘how’ but also the ‘why’ behind electronics.
When you join Ohmify, you’ll be introduced to learning tracks tailored to your current skill level or specific pursuit.
Think of them as your personal roadmaps in the world of electronics.
Each track guides you through a series of courses and projects in a logical order, ensuring you build both knowledge and confidence step by step.
The courses within these paths are designed to give you only the essential theory you actually need, and then immediately put it into practice.
Instead of overwhelming you with too much information, we break things down into short, bite-sized lessons you can understand in minutes – not years.
You get the essential theory you need, but we make sure it’s fun and practical every step of the way.
As soon as you grasp the basics of a course, you’ll immediately dive into building a project using what you just learned.
This is where the magic happens!
In applying what you’ve learned, you’re building real, tangible electronic gadgets AND learning the theory behind them as you go.
Want to learn about capacitors? Do it by building a burglar alarm to catch thieves!
It’s hands-on learning at its best.
You’re not just storing information; you’re using it, creating real electronic gadgets.
Online communities and forums are often toxic and unfriendly. Not ours!
Our community is a supportive environment where everyone learns from each other.
It’s full of people just like you, learning, sharing, and supporting each other.
If you ever feel stuck or just want to share your cool new creation, we got you.
You can share your progress, ask questions, and even collaborate on projects.
In essence, Ohmify is like having a personal electronics mentor guiding you every step of the way.
You’ll build exciting projects and understand how electronics really work, without getting lost in unnecessary theory.
PLUS if you ever get stuck, there’s a community of enthusiasts ready to help you bring your ideas to life.
Our courses are designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge you need, and then immediately put that knowledge into practice. Here’s a glimpse of what awaits you:
Ohmify has taught electronics to more than 2000 learners from all around the world trying things out, sharing successes, and collaborating on creating electronic gadgets.
Here’s what they have to say:
Like you, many of our members began with little to no electronics experience, wanting to be able to confidently build their own circuits.
They took action, and now they’re creating working, useable electronic gadgets.
And Ohmify makes it super easy for them to do just that You can too.
Click the button below, choose your plan, and you’re in.
Sounds like you? Then you’ll fit right in!
Because there’s one thing that people often wonder about when starting to learn electronics:
“Where will I get the components for the various projects?”
We’ve got you covered.
To ensure you hit the ground running, and make this really simple for you:
If you sign up today for our yearly plan, I’ll gather together all the components you need for the projects in the foundational Learn Electronics course in our program.
Enroll today, and this handpicked kit will be on its way to your doorstep.
By the time it arrives, you’ll be primed with our initial lessons and ready to dive into hands-on building.

Here’s what you get when you sign-up today:
Our community is supportive, fun – and has a wonderful time building electronics projects. You’ll love it here. But if, for some reason, you find it actually isn’t for you – then don’t worry. Let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund you your money. No questions.
Yes, absolutely. We have members from 10 to over 80 years old with a wide variety of different backgrounds. You do not need any previous knowledge to join. And you decide how quick or slow you want to go through the courses.
Yes, absolutely.
Just choose the ‘Monthly’ option to start a monthly subscription. Then make sure you cancel the subscription from your account settings before the next month’s billing cycle starts (you’ll still have access until the end of the current period).
We don’t. But we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you sign up and realize it was not what you wanted, just let us know within 30 days and you’ll get a full refund.
It includes:
…and other resources such as calculators and more.
Many of our members are interested in music-related circuits such as guitar pedals, synthesizers, and amplifiers.
The key to building these is to understand circuit diagrams and knowing how to build circuits (from simple to more complicated).
And the key to understanding these circuits is to have a good understanding of the fundamentals and how the different basic components in electronics work. Then from there study the individual circuits you are interested in.
These are all things you’ll learn from the courses in Ohmify. And for things that you can’t find the answer to in the courses, there is an active forum with friendly people where you can ask questions or get help with your own projects.
Yes, members can purchase the kit separately. You’ll also have access to the list of components so that you can buy them yourself from your local store if you prefer.
Yes, Ohmify is kid-friendly. We especially recommend the Arduino courses as kids tend to enjoy those types of projects a lot.
Yes. In the Ohmify library, you’ll have access to the course How To Repair Electronics.
And as you go through some of the other courses on basic electronics (also in the library), you’ll build a good understanding of electronics so that you’ll become even better at finding circuit problems and repairing them.
Oh yes, definitely =)
The breadboard is just to get started. But I encourage everyone to eventually design their own printed circuit boards (PCB).
We’ve run live workshops on this. And there are currently two courses on how to design PCBs in the library that you’ll get access to. One very basic to get your first board up and running – and one more advanced where you design a kitchen timer using a microcontroller.
In addition to those courses, we always have your back if you get stuck or have any questions during the process.
Yes, absolutely. We don’t have a “how to build a lightsaber” project in the library (yet), but you’ll learn all the skills you would need to put one together. And you’d have the support of the community forum to help build whatever you want to build.
Well, no. But you could sign up for one month, go through just the course you want, then cancel. When we sold single courses a few years back, the courses were much more expensive than the current monthly fee.
Yes, we have several people using Ohmify for homeschooling. We offer a Roadmap that tells you what course to start with, where to go next, etc. And it’s also possible to ask for advice on how to organize the courses if you have any special requests.
No, we don’t force you into any long-term contracts. Our best price is available as an annual subscription, but we offer monthly subscriptions as well. Just cancel before the next renewal if you don’t want to continue.
Our warehouse is located in the United States. All kits are sent from this location.
